Mistral AI's La Plateforme provides access to the Mistral model family: general-purpose Large and Small, compact Ministral, code-focused Codestral and multimodal Pixtral. Beyond chat there are embeddings, function calling, JSON mode, moderation, document OCR and fine-tuning. It is a European vendor that open-weights several models, which is handy if you want a self-hosting fallback.
